• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
• Registered with IES/ ACES as a Resident Technical Officer
• Minimum 2 years of M&E work experience with strong knowledge of local construction practices air-conditioning, electrical, fire protection, security systems, BMS, plumbing, sanitary and gas services

• At least 5 years’ experience of Civil/Structural works.
