Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Greensafe International Pte Ltd, we are committed to providing the highest quality services for Workplace Safety & Health, Environmental, and Quality Training, Consulting, Auditing, and Outsourcing. We understand that situations may arise that require changes to scheduled services, and we aim to handle all requests fairly and professionally.

This Refund and Return Policy outlines the Terms and Conditions for refunds, cancellations, and returns associated with our training programs, consulting, and auditing services.

Training Programs

Cancellation by Participant:

  • Full Refund: Participants who cancel their registration at least 14 days before the start date of the training program will receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: For cancellations made between 7 to 13 days before the start date, participants will receive a 50% refund of the paid fees.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.
  • Substitution: Participants may transfer their seat to another person if they cannot attend, with prior notice of at least 7 days before the start date with no additional charge.

Rescheduling:

  • If Greensafe International reschedules or cancels a course, participants will be offered the option to attend the rescheduled session or receive a full refund.

Consulting & Auditing Services

Cancellation by Client:

  • Full Refund: Clients who cancel services with 30 days’ notice before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any deposits or fees paid.
  • Partial Refund: For cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice, a 50% refund may be issued, depending on the progress of the work completed.
  • No Refund: If services have already commenced, no refund will be issued for cancellations.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds may be provided if the services delivered were not in accordance with the agreed terms outlined in the contract. Any refunds will be based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Submission of Requests: All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to salesadmin@greensafe.com.sg.
  • Changes to Policy: Greensafe International reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated promptly to all affected parties.
