Risk Management Audit (bizSAFE Level 3 & bizSAFE STAR)
The objective of Risk Management Audit is to assess organization’s compliance with WSH (Risk Management) Regulations and bizSAFE Level 3 Requirements.
This audit is applicable to those organizations who are going for bizSAFE Level 3 and bizSAFE STAR recognition.
The audit will be conducted by MOM Approved WSH Auditors employed by MOM Approved WSH Auditing Organizations. The audit covers document review, site inspection on verifying implementation of risk control measures and interview of key personnel. Documents such as training certificates, OHS Policy, risk assessment procedure, risk assessment report, safe work procedure and related communication records will be checked during the audit.
