Workplace Safety and Health Policy Development

This WSQ course equips participants with the skills to develop, implement, and review workplace safety and health (WSH) policies in line with regulatory and organisational requirements. Participants will learn how to collect relevant organisational information, formulate policies aligned with WSH management system standards, and facilitate their implementation across the organisation.

The training also covers monitoring, reviewing, and tracking progress of WSH management programmes to ensure compliance, alignment with legal requirements, and continual improvement.

The course is aligned with Singapore’s national WSH priorities, where the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) serves as the regulator and the WSH Council functions as an industry-led advisory and promotion body, working with MOM to uplift standards across sectors
