This WSQ course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to develop and implement a comprehensive risk management plan for their workplace. The training integrates regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and practical risk assessment techniques to support compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and Risk Management Regulations.

Delivered via blended learning, participants will experience a combination of synchronous e-learning and facilitated classroom sessions, enabling flexibility and engagement while mastering essential competencies in workplace risk management.

The course is aligned with Singapore’s national WSH priorities, where the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) serves as the regulator and the WSH Council functions as an industry-led advisory and promotion body, working with MOM to uplift standards across sectors.
