This Course is targeted at participants who are required to understand and carry out the roles and responsibilities of a Fire Watcher or Fire watchman. Work Activities declared as Hot Works require at least one appointed trained fire watch man when applying for hot works permit. Participants will be able to understand the importance of having a fire watch personnel at the work areas to provide oversight of the hot work activity being carried out and use of fire fighting equipment.

  7. Case Study and discussion
  8. Practical Session on using Fire Extinguisher and Fire Blanket
4 hours (2 Hours Theory , 30 mins MCQ assessment, 1hr 30 mins Practical)

Individuals will be assessed through various methodologies such as MCQ and Practical Performance
A Certificate will be issued by Greensafe upon completion of the course
